This is a pattern to crochet Tiana, not the finished doll.

Crochet level: intermediate and above.

The pattern is a .pdf document with written instructions on how to crochet the doll and her dress, accompanied by explanatory pictures and drawings.

The finished doll should be around 13cm tall and 5cm wide. Of course, it depends on how you work and on the kind of hook and yarn used.
