Let’s knit a Fairy tale sweater together for free !

This sweater has a distinctive norwegian design made by different bands running along the upper part of the sweater representing hearts, crowns, clouds and unicorns.

It is worked in the round from top to bottom. The collar is made with an integrated hem and is finished with an elastic to maintain the opening’s elasticity.

The finished sweater is 36cm/14.2in wide by 44cm/17.3in high for the body and 33cm/13in for the sleeves.
Intructions are provided to adapt it for smaller or bigger sizes.

For the pictured model, I used one quality of yarn which is baby merino with one main color for the base and 8 different colors for the motif.

To knit it, you’ll need a set of circular and double-pointed needles 3mm/US3 and 2.5mm/US2 and around 3 balls of the main color and one of each of the other colors.
