This vest is constructed top-down with various stitch pattens including cables and Guernsey. Top back is done first with short row for shoulder drop, then top front is done with knit-on CO to make a neckline. Once the top back and front parts are done, then the entire body is worked in the round. Stitch pattens are placed symmetrically. Armband and neckline are worked with k1p1 rib.

Tiara Vest has instructions for 9 sizes from bust size 27 inch to 58 inch. Finished measurement is about 10% positive ease.
