I created this lapghan or laprobe while participating in a charity drive sponsored by my then local Crochet Guild of America chapter, The Ebeneezer Crochet Angels. in Washington, DC. The pattern stitch is simple enough for a beginning crocheter to tackle.

The great thing about this pattern is that you can use the color selection that’s included in or choose your own color combination. You’ll need 14 oz. of each color if you decide to change the colors.

Red Heart Super Saver 0347 Periwinkle, 2 skeins
Red Heart Super Saver 0530 Orchid, 2 skeins

Or, you can create a color scheme using more than 2 colors. Use the total yardage or ounces (1,456 yards/28 oz) to help you adjust yarn quantities for the colors you choose.
