The Tide Pool Tank is a fun and breezy summer top made with sport weight cotton yarn. It features an innovative seamless construction method, starting with a top-down saddle shoulder silhouette and ending with a join-as-you-go hem of granny square motifs.

This top has a V-neck, a fairly deep armhole, and a gentle flare out to the hip. It is intended to fit with -1 to +1”/-2.5 to +2.5 cm of ease at the bust. The main body (not including the hem squares) sits at the high hip, but length can easily be added. See Size Chart in photos for a full schematic.

Sizing: Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4) 5, 6, 7, 80, 11) to fit bust measurements 30-32 (33-35, 36-38, 39-41) 42-44, 45-47, 48-50, 51-537-59, 60-62)“/76-81 (84-89, 91-97, 99-104) 107-112, 114-119, 122-127, 130-13545-150, 152-158] cm.

Yardage: 990 (1075, 1130, 1205) 1380, 1475, 1530, 1720880, 1935) yd sport weight yarn. Cotton/cotton blend recommended.

Note: Unfortunately I was unable to find testers for sizes 4, 7, 9, and 11, and my size 1 tester had to drop out. If you are interested in testing any of these sizes, please let me know!

Level: Intermediate. This pattern involves working both flat and in the round, clusters, granny square motifs, increases with sc and hdc, and a join-as-you-go method (photo tutorial included).
