PATTERN NOTES

I love colorwork sweaters, but don’t always love the fit of a circular yoke, so I designed Tide Pools with raglan increases.

This sweater is knit from the top down, with raglan shaping for the shoulders and sleeves.

After casting on increases are worked flat in order to shape the neckline. Once the neck shaping is complete additional stitches are cast on in the front and the sweater is joined for working in the round.

The colorwork is done after the increases are complete to maintain the continuity of the design.
