Tie-Closure Lace Cowl II
This pattern is
available for free.
So here’s a great, attractive lace cowl that uses a relatively small amount of yarn, so it’s nice for bits & pieces. It’s also a good multi-season piece, since it’s more decorative than warm. Finally, there’s plenty of different ways to style it, including with ribbon if you don’t like I-cords! You will need size 5 needles and 2 size 1 double pointed needles to knit it, as well as two skeins of embroidery floss to complete the I-cords as shown (of course you could also use yarn, or ribbon, as mentioned).
