This pattern for a tiger tail can be easily customized to make whatever type of tail you might need. You’ll need worsted weight yarn, a size H (5.0mm) crochet hook, some fiberfill stuffing, and a tapestry needle. I also recommend using a stitch marker, since it’s worked in the round.

Gauge isn’t crucial to this project. Mine turned out to have a circumference of about 5-3/4” and is about 13” long, but you can easily change the width or length to be whatever you need. (For reference, on mine 4 sc = 1”, 4 rows = 1”). I used less than a skein of I Love This Yarn! in Sungold for mine, but you can use basically any worsted weight yarn.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page.
