Tiger's Eye Cowl
Although it initially feels somewhat strange using 9mm needles, it quickly becomes familiar and knits up super quickly - quicker than anything you have ever knitted! - great if you knit for profit.
It should only take a couple of evenings to knit up this cosy cowl.
The pattern is a lot simpler than it looks. A couple of purl ridges in a field of st-st. Easy to do, quick to memorise. Very little counting and a nice rhythmic, knit-in-front-of-the-telly item.
Very ‘family friendly’ i.e. tolerates family chaos/interruption very well.
Ideal for a novice knitter and its speed of completion helps to motivate and gain confidence.
It is really very simple to alter the dimensions. If you are seriously arithmetically challenged message me.
As ever, those of you who knit for profit, especially those of you who knit tirelessly for worthy causes, are absolutely welcome to upload/pin/post/sell for profit (yaaay!) any of your knits from this pattern with my blessings.
