Tilda the Toadstool
Tilda the toadstool is one of the creatures of the enchanted forest and likes to play with fairies, frogs and caterpillars.
She will make a fun addition to your amigurumi collection.

Level: Intermediate
Required materials and tools:
- Approx. 38g / 1.34 oz cotton yarn in DK / light worsted weight in red
- Approx.38g / 1.34 oz cotton yarn in DK / light worsted weight in white
- Small amount of cotton yarn in DK / light worsted weight in green
I used Rico Creative Ricorumi DK in red (028),cream (002), and pistachio (047)
- 2.5mm crochet hook / Size B-1 or C-2 depending on how tightly you crochet
- Small amount of light pink and black embroidery thread
- Fiberfill
- Stitch markers
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- Sewing pins
If using the recommended yarn weight and hook size your toadstool will be about 14cm / 5.5” tall.

US terminology:
- Ch = chain
- Sl st = slip stitch
- Starting with a magic ring (explained in the pattern)
- Sc = single crochet
- Dec = single crochet invisible decrease (explained in the pattern)
- Hdc = half double crochet
- Dc = double crochet
- Dc dec = double crochet decrease (explained in the pattern)
- Tr = triple crochet
- Bl dec = back loop decrease (explained in the pattern)
