Timanfaya is a modern, oversized, seamless circular yoke pullover with subtle waist shaping.
The pullover is worked in rounds. It’s started with a provisional cast on between the yoke and the body. The circular yoke is worked bottom up and features a simple 3 colors stranded pattern (6 rounds require working with 3 yarn threads). The upper yoke is shaped using short rows. Neck opening is finished with classic 1x1 rib separated from the body by the simple pleat. The body is worked from the top down and in the round, with subtle waist shaping, finished in the same style as neckline. Sleeves are worked last, top down and in the round.

Gauge
22 sts x 32 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm / 4” x 4” with needles in size 3.75 mm / US 5 in stockinette stitch after blocking.
24 sts = 10 cm / 4 “ with needles in size 3.5 mm / US 4 in 1x1 rib pattern after blocking.

Please keep in mind that each yarn is different and may shrink or grow after washing in length or width.
Make sure to knit swatch and wash it the same way your sweater will be washed, dry it and then check the gauge. If needed, change the needle size to obtain the correct gauge.
