This pattern is of Timpanpi from the show D Grayman. Any worsted weight yarn works, and gauge is not important. Just make sure there are no gaping holes between your crochet stitches.

This pattern requires knowledge of crocheting over pipe cleaner to incorporate it into the wing. Also requires knitting I-cords using double pointed needles (DPNs) for the tail, if you don’t have DPNs or don’t know how to knit I-cords, you can substitute the I-cord with crocheting around pipe cleaners.
