Time is Relative
When I designed the chart for the hourglasses I had not expect the other side to turn up different, although it is actually logic. This is where the name “Time is Relative” came from.
You can adapt the number of stitches and rows. Use cotton for a potholder or washcloth, acrylique yarn (quickly dry) for a bathmath, or even fine yarn for a big blanket. Use the biggest hook that is adviced for the yarn you use, certainly for a blanket. Or make several patches and add them together like with granny squares.
You will need at least three colors to make the design work.
With carreaux crochet you get a colorfull patch, yet not too much ends to weave in - it’s almost magic!
