This Outlander style cowl knits up fast in super bulky yarn. The twist happens right before you join the cast on stitches in a circle. This is considered a no-no for most circular knitting but the last minute twist turns it into an “infinity” cowl. Great for doubling up. You only have 19 rows to knit to complete this fabulous cowl.
An Advanced Beginner who knows how to knit in a circle, do a knitted cast on, knit, purl and bind off will find this pattern easy to make.
Gauge is not terribly important. The 2 skeins of cozy Cloudborn Highland Roving wool will provide plenty of yarn to complete the project.
