Time Vortex Socks
I’ve been watching Doctor Who since the 4th Doctor. I love Sci-Fi, so I knit this sock for the Sock Knitters Anonymous Fandom Challenge.
This sock has cables that oscillate (with hidden increases and decreases) like travelling through the Time Vortex in the Tardis.
This pattern is suitable for both men and women. Three sizes (S, M, L) are charted with additional suggestions for in-between sizing, so you can make these socks for almost anyone.
This stitch pattern has very little ease. You may need to go up a sock size or needle size to get proper fit. More information about these adjustments are detailed in the pattern.
Yardage approx. 360 (390, 420) yds
This pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit.
10/12/2015 A correction was made to the Heel Instructions. The first sentence referred to the Instep Chart when it should refer to the Heel Charts on page 7.
