Timeless Twist
Timeless Twist is the type of sweater that gets worn the most in my knitted wardrobe. It’s made from sock yarn which wears well, drapes in a flattering way, and it’s lightweight and comfortable to wear. The stitch pattern incorporates slipped stitches with a basic cable. It is a four stitch repeat that is easily memorized.

Timeless Twist is worked from the top down. It is worked flat until the V-Neck is joined at the centre front, and then in the round to the underarm separation. Sleeve stitches are put on hold while the body is worked down to the hem. The sleeves are then worked top down with the option of short or long sleeves. The collar is picked up from the edge of the neckline and worked in the round.
