This sweater is knitted from neck in top down method.
After yoke is finished, divide body and sleeves. Body are worked in the round. Rib for back and front hem are worked separately.
Then work sleeves in the round.

I love watches and thought of such this design.
Numerals on dials of wristwatches often denote roman numerals Ⅳ as ||||. Therefore, I wanted to make it a real watch, so this sweater also expresses Ⅳ as ||||.
If you feels worrisome, please change to Ⅳ. You can easily change it by arrange the chart of Ⅵ.

このセーターは襟ぐりから編むトップダウン方式のセーターです。
ヨークを編み終わったら身頃と袖を分け、身頃を編み、裾のリブは前身頃と後ろ身頃を分けて往復編みをします。
両袖を輪で編んだら完成です。

時計が好きで、丸ヨークを時計に見立てたデザインを考えました。
腕時計のイメージなのですが、腕時計の数字は、ローマ数字のⅣ(4)を||||と表記する事が多いので（おそらくⅥと見間違えないようにするため）このセーターでも||||にしています。
Ⅳで表記する時計もありますので、気になるようならⅣに替えて下さい。
Ⅵ(6)のチャートをアレンジして、編み始めの位置だけ気をつければ簡単に数字は変えられます。

Sportタイプの糸（合太）

身頃用にUS7(4.5mm)の60cmか80cmの輪針。
袖と襟ぐり用にUS7の4本棒針。（マジックループにする場合は不要）
