Timilai is a relaxed A-line cardigan with three quarter sleeve. By using lightweight yarn with lots of stitches, it has beautiful drapes. Knitted top-down and flat in rows, start the neckband in slipped stitch and then continue to the stockinette stitch body and the slipped garter stitch front band. After separating sleeves, Three-knot rib stitches are used to accentuate the transition to the lower body. The length of the cardigan can be modified after the rib stitch.
Recommended to be worn with 10-35 cm / 4-14” positive ease at bust.

Yarn
190 (220, 240, 265) grams of Dry Desert Camel (100% Camel, 265 m per 50 g) / Nomadnoos. Click here for details of the yarn.
Approximately 1010 (1070, 1275, 1405) m Light Fingering weight yarn. The sample was knit in color Gobi desert.
If you knit with Light Fingering or Fingering yarns other than the recommended yarns, you may use more yarns. It is recommended to estimate a slightly larger amount of yarn.
Note: This pattern is written for cropped body length and sleeve. If knitting longer than specified, extra yarn is recommended.

US 2.5 (3.00 mm) circular needles, 32” (80 cm) long for the Neck band and cuffs. US 3 (3.25 mm) circular needles, 47” (120 cm) long for the body and sleeves. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

25 stitches & 36 rows in 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch on the larger needle, after blocking.
