This is a pattern for a medium - heavy weight wrap, knit It’s heavier than a shawl, but just the ideal weight for a spring or fall evening, or even if you’re sensitive to air conditioning in the summer. It is knit with DK- light worsted weight yarn and takes about 1000 yeards of yarn. It knits up fairly quickly and would make the ideal gift, for yourself of someone that’s special to you. It is made up of a single cable lace stitch. The placement of the cables and the fagotting makes it look almost “feathered.” The final size is 18 inches by 72 inches.. There are also instructions for an optional edging contained within the pattern, should you want it edged. This is the ONLY crochet in the pattern, the optional edging. The remainder is knit.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting)
The pattern is Charted ONLY.

The yarn used in the sample is Malabrigo’s Rios yarn in colorway, Coral. The sample was expertly pattern tested by Marie Franzosa, who can be reached at: franzosm@ math.oregonstate.edu.

The pattern is for sale, right here on Ravelry and in my Etsy Shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/WearableArtEmporium?ref=seller-…)
