The Tin of Chocolates hat is an alternative Christmas hat for those who prefer to avoid the traditional colours and twee sentiment. To me, there can be nothing more festive than gathering with loved ones to share a tin of chocolates, pick ‘n’ mixing our favourites in their jewel toned wrappings (I like the strawberry and orange creams). The hat comes in two circumferences, and can me made slouchy or fitted, simply by pick ‘n’ mixing which sections to knit from the chart. You will need to be comfortable with stranded colourwork in the round.
