This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners knitting.
Perfect to use up those odd skeins of hand dyed yarns we pick up at craft markets. One ball of each will get you two pairs of gloves.

Made flat & seamed together.
The linen stitch is an easy 2 row repeat pattern & is a beautiful pattern to show off gorgeous hand dyed yarns.
The ribbing is done on 4mm straight needles, then switching to 5mm straight needles for the main patten then back to 4mm for the cuff.

I’ve used a strand of 8ply & a stand of Mohair.
The small aqua pair I used one strand of Blackwattle Yarn & Fibre - Blue Gum hand dyed superwashed blue faced leicester and silk & a strand of silk mohair Concept by Katia Superkid Mohair.
OR the blue medium pair is one strand of Sally Ridgway 8ply merino with 1 strand of Kremke soul wool silky kid. Made longer.

Small: 38g, 53 metres each of both weight yarns.
Medium: 50g, 85 metres each of both weight yarns.
Large: 62g, 117 metres each of both weight yarns.
