These sweet little baby dolls are just so adorable! At only 2 ½” tall, they work up so quickly and easily that you’ll want to make several! Along with instructions for the dolls, the pattern also includes instructions for the basket, mattress, blanket, and pillow.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn in flesh tone, color chosen for baby’s clothes and basket, and white. (I used Red Heart Super Saver in Buff, Petal Pink and White).

Baby or sport weight yarn in white and a color to coordinate with the basket

Hook sizes: 3mm (baby) 3.75mm (pillow) and 4.5mm (basket)
2 - 6mm Safety Eyes
Embroidery floss for mouth (I used DMC #356 Medium Terra Cotta)
Fiberfill
Tapestry needle, scissors, skewer, straight pins
Optional: 24” of 1/8” ribbon for basket embellishment (or if you prefer, ribbon roses and decorative buttons look nice too).

Size
Gauge is not important to these patterns. The size of your finished products will vary depending on the size yarn and hooks you use. Made with the materials listed, the baby measures 2 ½” (not including hat) and the basket measures about 3 ½” long and 2 ½” high.
