This pattern is:
a hat, a headband, a cowl, it just depends on how you fold it!
in 2 sizes: adult, to fit 53 cm (21”) to 58 cm (23”) and youth, to fit 45 cm (18”)to 53 cm (21”)
knit using 1 x 100 g skein of fingering weight yarn
knit in the round - no sewing up
knit top down

I have included great photos of and directions for the specialty stitch, I-cord and for the tassels and consider this to be fairly easy - advanced beginner.
