Tiny Bubbles Pot Holder/Hot Pad
Supplies needed to complete project:
about 110-120 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn
size H-8 (5.0 mm) crochet hook
smaller hook or yarn needle for weaving in ends
stitch marker or length of scrap yarn (optional)
The finished example measures 8” x 8 1/2” x 1/2”.
Also pictured is the “Oval Tiny Bubbles Scrubby” which is available separately.
Use this thick and pretty pad to pull cookie sheets from the oven or to protect your counters from hot items. Instructions are for a pocket type and a standard pot holder/hot pad. A basic hanging loop is included in the pattern.
I must apologize for the example. In an effort to repurpose some yarn from another project, I underestimated what I would need and used another color for the final round.
This simple pattern is worked using basic stitches. The pictured example was crocheted using Lily sugar ‘n Cream worsted weight cotton yarn. All instructions use American terminology and standard abbreviations.
