Tiny sweet little Christmas sweaters, made from hexagons.

The sweater uses very small amounts of yarn (approximately 5g of 4ply or 10g to 15g of DK, depending on the fibre/brand of yarn used).

This is a fun, quick make, perfect of Christmas decorations, garlands and decorating gifts and cards. The finished sweater can be decorated with embroidery, buttons or beads and a hanging loop of ribbon, yarn or crochet chain can be added to the back neck for hanging on the tree.

Gauge is not important for this pattern. Use the hook size you would usually use for the yarn. I used 3mm for the 4ply/sock/fingering weight sample and 4mm for the DK sample.

This is a written pattern with photographs added to provide a visual guide for some of the steps, and it includes both UK and US terms. Suitable for adventurous beginners up.
