This simple pattern includes PDF file with detailed instructions and pictures on how to crochet and assemble all the parts to make this Deer.

Basic crocheting skills will be needed to make this pattern.

Final size of the deer with the indicated materials and tools will be 7.3cm (2.9 inches).

Materials and tools:

• Any yarn approx. 10 - 15gr of main color (I use Angora Rabbit Vento d’Italia - 2 ply; 70% fluff rabbit/30% nylon; 50gr/350mt).
• Some of contrast color yarn for the muzzle and tail.
• Some dark yarn for the antlers, hooves and nose.
• You can use any yarn - cotton, wool or acrylic. The thickness of the yarn for all parts of the toy should be the same. The thinner the yarn, the smaller the deer will turn out.
• Some white yarn for the eyelids – acrylic or woolen yarn.
• Embroidery floss or sewing thread dark color for the mouth.
• A strong thread for the sculpting (I use the sewing thread for a jeans).
• A strong thread for the sewing (for example, a reinforced thread).
• Toy stuffing (hollow fiber or other synthetic fiber).
• Toy eyes of a suitable size approx d~ 0.5cm (I use the glass eyes with backs).
• Size 1.5mm crochet hook. I recommend you to use a smaller hook, than indicated on the yarn, the work should be crocheted tight, so there will be no gaps between the stitches.
• Scissors.
• Sewing needles for joining parts and embroidery needles (with large eye) for embellishments.
• A vanishing fabric marker or a sewing pins (optionally).
• Wooden sticks and thin skewers or wooden toothpicks – used toinsert stuffing.
• Superglue;
• Some yarn for the scarf (main and contrast color). I use: KARTOPU KRISTAL - 2 ply 100% acrylic, 100гр/900м - 1 yarn; 2 tiny pompons suitable size approx. 0.5cm; size 1.5mm crochet hook.
