With just this pattern you can create a wide variety of crocheted trees in different sizes, and embellish them however you like, using buttons, glitter thread, sequins, or anything you have on hand.

Measurements: Varies according to yarn weight used.
Yarn: For the pictured samples, I used Rico Design Fashion Light Luxury in a variety of shades for the body and Rico Design Lamé and Yarn & Colors Glamour for details.
Tools: A crochet hook (one size smaller than the recommended hook size that your yarn states), a removable stitch marker, fiberfill stuffing, leftover yarn, plastic beads or dried beans for filling, sequins, buttons or any other embellishments for decoration (optional).
Skills: Chain stitch (ch), slip stitch (sl st), half double crochet (hdc), single crochet (sc), single crochet decrease (sc dec), weaving in ends, making a tassel, basic embroidery (optional).
