Tiny Heart Hat, a cute little hat for babies. The little heart is made of purl stitches and the neat and tidy rib is knitted in the back loop. You will find links how to in the pattern. The hat matches the Tiny Heart mittens and Tiny Heart blanket.

The hat is knitted in the round OR flat, both descriptions are included (two PDF files).

Skill level 1 & 2: Beginner / Easy

You will need:

• Straight needles (if knitted flat) in two sizes: US 2,5 / 3mm / UK 11 and US 4 / 3,5 mm / UK 9

OR

• Circular needles in two sizes: US 2,5 / 3mm / UK 11 and US 4 / 3,5 mm / UK 9, 16 in/40 cm and double-pointed needles (DPNs) once you have fewer stitches on the needle after decreasing.
• Yarn (merino wool, wool, acrylic or any other DK/light worsted/8 ply yarn) ie Rialto DK from Debbie Bliss
• Tapestry needle

The pattern includes three sizes. The mittens are knitted in Drops Merino Extra Fine (1 skein = 50 grams/115 yards).

0-3 months - 81 yards/35g
3-6 months - 92 yards/40 g
6-12 months -115 yards/50 g
