Tiny Mountain - a beautiful baby blanket with popcorn stitches. The blanket is knitted with knit and purl stitches and has textured and cute bobbles scattered. The pattern includes a tutorial video on how you make bobbles.

The pattern has two sizes included but you can easily make your own size by adding extra repeats and rows.

Skill level: 1 & 2 - Beginner & Easy

Small (S) 22 x 27,5 in / 56 x 70 cm
Large (L) 27,5 x 35,5 in / 70 x 90 cm

The gauge/tension is not very important when knitting blankets. If you knit tighter, you will get a slightly smaller blanket, if you knit looser, the blanket will be a bit bigger.

Needles: US 7/4,5 mm

Materials: 350 (550) g of Drops Big Merino

Aran/medium/10 ply group. 1 skein of Drops yarn is 1,8 oz/50 grams and 82 yards/75 meters. You can even use cotton or acrylic yarn if the yarn can be worked in the same knitting gauge.

This blanket is knitted in Drops Big Merino but you can use any yarn in the Aran/medium/10 ply group.

The pattern can also be applied on lighter yarn, but you need to cast on additional 3-4 repeats to compensate the width of the heavier yarn.
