Tiny Sheep
A fun little sheep with an elongated ball shaped body with a head inspired by the Moss Sheep pattern. The legs are basically short tubes. The sheep will stand alone on its legs or a ribbon/cord can be added to hang on tree as an ornament.
ABOUT THE PATTERN: The pattern is written in the round for all parts except the ears, which are knit back & forth. The pattern has round/row numbers for each step, photos, a list of abbreviations, and explanation of some techniques. The pattern is 3 pages long and is written in English.
TECHNIQUES: This pattern is for the advanced beginner or intermediate knitter. The project is knitted in the round for most parts. In the round can be accomplished by using Magic Loop, Double Pointed Needles, or 2 circular needles. Tutorial links are included in the pattern for various techniques.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- If using worsted weight, need approximately 5 grams of main color, 2 grams of face color, and less than 1/2 gram for eyes.
- Circular or Double Pointed Needles, size to obtain tight fabric
- Stuffing such as Fiberfil
- Removable Stitch Markers
