Simply Soft (170 g/6. oz;288 m/315 yd), 6 colors, 1 ball each
One US H-8 (5mm) hook
Yarn needle

GAUGE
One snowflake measures approximately 2’’/5cm across, at widest point.
Gauge is not critical for this project.

A total of 388 snowflakes are worked, 136 white snowflakes, and 252 colored snowflakes (50 or 51 of each color).

Snowflakes are joined as the work progresses. Assembly diagram is provided. Work 7-round border to finish.

SPECIAL TERMS
Beg-Cl: Beginning Cluster—Ch 2, yarn over, insert hook in ring and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook twice, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on hook.
Cl: Cluster—Yarn over, insert hook in ring and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook 3 times, yarn over and draw through all 4 loops on hook.
