I wanted to experiment with doing color workusing two completely different yarns. The handdyed, silk blend fingering weight yarn adds a nice drape and adds interest to the textured sections of
the shawl, while the mohair creates tiny “windows” through the fabric in the color work sections.

The colorwork is extremely simple and you won’t have to worry about catching floats.

This pattern would also work well with Tosh Merino Light in place of the Tributary River Silk and Merino.
