This sweater is done as a top-down, seamless raglan cardigan in worsted weight yarn. The finished chest measurements are:
17 1/2” (18 3/4”, 20 1/2”, 21 1/2”).

There are two tulips, one on the front pocket and one on the back over the baby’s bum. Too cute! The tulips may be worked in duplicate stitch or intarsia. If you aren’t sure how to do either method, there are numerous sites on the internet that can help you.
