Tiranga

I designed this square for Granny Square Day which falls on August 15, which also happens to be the Indian Independence Day. Hence the name Tiranga, meaning Tricolour.
I have made the square using fingering weight yarn, but small amounts of any yarn can be used along with a hook of your choice.
Depending on the yarn, the size of the square might vary.
Gauge is not important for this project.
Small amounts of yarn in three different colours have been used in this project. With fingering wt, the size of the square is 5.5”
If you want to use up some scrap yarn from your stash, this is the right project.
