Stitches Used:

HDC- half double crochet
Puff stitch- yarn over, insert hook, pull up a loop, yarn over, insert hook and pull up another loop, do this until you have 7 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through all the loops. Do NOT ch 1!
FHDC- foundation half double crochet
SC- single crochet
