This lace cowl and mitts set was designed for the April 2011 Shakespeare in Lace club.

The set features a frilled lace edging with climbing roses and ivy vines trailing up the body of the cowl and the mitts. The edges are finished with a fine picot edging. The originals were knit in Wooly Wonka Fibers Aerten yarn (merino/nylon/cashmere) in the Titania colorway. One skein will be enough to complete both the cowl and mitts. The pattern includes charts and written instructions for BOTH items.
