Tita's Kaleidoscope Bedspread
by Abbi Byrd
This pattern is available in print
for $6.99.
In choosing colors for this bedspread, I imagined the colors in Tita’s world: red adobe clay; yucca and cacti in the desert; the earthy grains and flours in her kitchen. The pattern is simple, but the arrangement and colors of the squares are striking. The soft wool/alpaca drapes beautifully and is warm enough to comfort a weary or broken heart.
Uses 3 skeins for main colour and 2 skeins each for other colours.
Colours used:
6205- dark chocolate (3 skeins)
6227 Henna
6299 Lichen mix
6208 Couscous
6204 Buckwheat
6291 Yucca mix
