Tiza-shawl is a slightly crescent shaped shawl knitted from top down.

Yarn

150 g of fingering wt yarn app. 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g in two colours, 85-95 g of MC and 65-75 g of CC. The sample shawl was knitted with Chester Wool Company Merino Silk Sock (50% Merino, 50% Silk, 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g).

3.75 mm/ US 5 circular needle (100 cm/ 40 inches or longer) or size to obtain gauge
tapestry needle for weaving in ends

18 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm/ 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch after blocking
