Tizzy I Cloche Hat
This is a 9 page pdf file of pattern instructions to make this easy, elegant and versatile cloche hat.
You can wear the hat loose like a slouchy and knotted to the side. Or you can pull it tight and wrap the ends around your head turban style. There are two pages of photos to take you step by step to be tie the net scarf to be able to wear this hat as in the photos above.
Uses worsted weight (yarn weight medium 4) and crochet thread (Thread size 5) for the net scarf.

Skill level: Easy (There are photos to help the beginner through each stage of the hat construction so that it can be completed with ease).
Dimensions:
These hat sizes are measured without the scarf. Scarf tie length and width dimensions follow the hat dimensions. The hat should fit like this minus the netting (adjustment notes are in the pattern):
Toddler (2-3): 16” circumference by 5 ½ deep (from top to hat brim)
Child (4-8): 18” circumference by 6 ¼ ” deep (from top to hat brim)
Older children should fit one of the two adult sizes:
Small Adult: 20 ” circumference, 7 ” deep (from top to hat brim)
Large Adult: 22” circumference,, 7 ¾ “ deep (from top to hat brim)
Scarf net ties:
Toddler: 1 3/4 “ wide by 8 1/2”
Child: 2 1/2” wide by 14” long
Small Adult 2 1/2 “ wide by 19”long
Large Adult: 2 1/2 “ by 21 3/4” long
