This pattern is 9 pages long and contains lots of photos to guide you through each step of making and embroidering your own fairy house and garden. I would say that this is an intermediate level pattern as it involves making several pieces, sewing them together and some basic embroidery.

I made my fairy house using DMC Natura ‘Just Cotton’ and a 2mm hook but this can be made with any yarn of your choice - simply adjust the size of hook that you use. You will need the following colours:

Red, Cream, White, Grey, Blue, Yellow, Brown, Purple and Green.

The grass base section is worked using 2 strands of yarn together so you will also need a larger hook for this section only (I used a 4mm).
