This is a simple pattern for fingerless mittens. With bold use of ribbing, these are suitable for men or women.

Sizing
Measured arround the nuckles, the hand in the picture is 7 1/2”. The 2X2 ribbing allows this to fit a wide variety of sizes. “
If you are knitting for a much larger or smaller hand or to different gauge, you will need to measure and knit using the formula.

Gauge
20 stitches and 16 rows in 4”“

Materials
100- 150 yds Worsted
I used Knit Picks Swish and can make 2 mittens out of 1 ball. Swish is a thinner worsted, so when using other yarns, keep this in mind.

US 4 circular needles. Atleast 32” long. When doing 2 at a time, atleast 40”. I’m doing 4 at a time on a 60” and it is a bit long.
