This worsted weight Fair Isle hat will definitely keep your warm this winter. It features, a slouchy length with a turned-up band for extra warmth around your ears. With only using 2 colors, this beauty knits up fairly quickly.
Materials:
Worsted Weight Yarn – Model used Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash (Doeskin and Black)
You will need 1 skein each color
size 6 (4.00mm) needles, 16” circulars for Band
Size 7 (4.5mm) needles, 16” circulars

Gauge: 20-21 stitches per 4 inches in stocking stitch, In Fair Isle 22-24 stitches per 4 inches. Will vary with yarn you use.

Sizes: two sizes, will fit 19”, (22)” heads when finished. If you know your tension is tight in fair isle, you can go up a needle size.
