This ample, rustic cardigan will keep you toasty warm while still being lightweight and easy to wear on cozy winter walks.
The slightly dropped-shoulder construction is also very easy to knit up: Worked seamlessly from the top down, the combination of the unique slip-stitch pattern, a casual fit and some colour-contrasting details add a modern touch.
Homey Svelte and Silk Divine yarns are combined to make the cardigan soft, warm, and both rustic and luxurious when knitted up. To complete the cardigan, you’ll work first the back, then pick-up stitches at the shoulders for the fronts, that are worked individually until the same length as the back. There the sections are joined at the underarms and worked to the hem in one piece. Stitches are picked up at the armhole openings for the sleeves to be worked in the round down to the cuff. The pockets are integrated into the hem, and you can choose between crochet loops and classic buttonholes for the closures.

Diese leichte, rustikale Strickjacke ist wohlig warm und gut zu tragen, wenn es etwas kälter ist.
Das Stricken der leicht überschnittenen Schulterkonstruktion ist einfach: Nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt, verleiht die Kombination aus Hebemaschenmuster, einer lässigen Passform und vielen farblich abgesetzten Details einen sportlichen, modernen Look.

Die Anleitung der Strickjacke ist unkompliziert: Zuerst wird das Rückenteil gestrickt und erst dann werden Maschen aus den Schultern für die Vorderteile aufgenommen, welche einzeln gleichlang zur Rückseite gearbeitet werden. Alle Teile werden ab den Unterarmen in einem Stück bis zum Bündchen gearbeitet. Für die Ärmel werden Maschen an den Armlochöffnungen aufgenommen und in Folge in Runden gestrickt. Die Taschen sind diskret in den Bund integriert und bei den Verschlüssen kann man zwischen Schlaufen und klassischen Knopflöchern wählen.
