The Tobay Beanie is named for my favorite beach back home on Long Island. The first Tobay Beanie was knit back home so I knew the name was perfect. This beanie has a lot of super soft and cozy texture; cables, garter, and raised stitches just to name a few! You’ll love it and maybe learn a few new techniques! This is an advanced beginner pattern.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 ball of worsted weight (size 4) yarn.
Size 7 (4.5 mm) and size 5 (5.5 mm) needles on a 16-inch (or smaller) cable. Optional: double pointed needles for an easier bind off

This pattern was written with the assumption that you have a basic understanding of knitting. The pattern features a stitch count for newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, toddler, youth, and adult.
