I designed this skirt because I wanted to find a fun way to use ruffle yarn that wasn’t another scarf pattern. I also like that I can make my daughter and her dolls matching tutu like skirts with one skein of ruffle yarn! The same skirt pattern will fit a child from 18 months-5T.
