This is a wonderful hood that stays on with no uncomfortable tie at the chin. The flared collar stays tucked in or can be worn over clothing. The knitted bow and flower (both included) can be placed anywhere your heart desires. Use a decorative button for center of flower.

I would consider this pattern easy to intermediate. Because knowledge of circular knitting is required.
