Crochet Dress Pattern, Size 2 and 4 years

Originally published as Blue and White Dress in Babies are Such Fun to Dress. I made a few changes to this pattern and added details and a matching bottoms pattern is in the works.

Materials Required:
Light Weight Yarn, sizes 2 (4.5 oz), size 4 (5 oz)
Crochet Hook Size G OR ANY SIZE HOOK WHICH WILL RESULT IN STITCH GAUGE BELOW
