This is a very easy pattern and suitable for beginners.Using 100% merino wool (approx 2 x 100 gm balls) in a DK or light worsted weight, it will knit up in just one night.

Straight needles of size 3.5 mm and 5 mm (or 4.5 mm), circular needle of size 3.5 mm, tapestry needle

My gauge for this was 22 stitches=10 cm and 33 rows=10 cm

Materials:
I used 2 yarn balls of Merino wool of Czech producer (3 balls of this Merino wool are perfect quantity for 2 pieces of these Wool Diaper Cover):

• 100% Merino wool extra fine and soft, superwash
• 100 g = 250 m
• needles 4.5 mm (US 7)
• gauge - 10 x 10 cm = 20 stitches X 24 rows in Stocking stitch
• handwashable
