TODDLER
by Susan Shabo
The Perfect First Project! Very easy and quick, use an interesting bulky yarn to make a simple pattern look very impressive. Pattern includes “Finishing Hints”…and suggests options for stripes or pockets…the possibilities are endless!
A classic pattern designed in 1996, requested by one of my young students, trying to duplicate a store-bought sweater for her kids.
(Yes…it’s a “collector’s item” now…written back in the day when local yarn shops, books, and an occasional tv show, were the mainstream resources for yarn and knitting instructions. Our “knit-a-longs” happened in person in our popular knitting classes!)
Hard to imagine without ‘ravelry’ connecting us…but we survived happily…
