Toe-Up Baby Sock on Two Circular Needles
This is my own design for a toe-up baby sock on two circular needles. I have been using this in a toe-up sock class I teach at The Warm Ewe, in Chatham, NY.
It is a basic sock pattern that lets you practice, on a small scale, all the techniques for making a toe-up sock on two circular needles.

I’ve recently updated this pattern to correct a mistake in the heel turn directions. You can either download the new version of the pattern, or see the correction that follows. Thanks!
In the heel turn instructions:
Row 6: P4, lift wrap from around next stitch (see Techniques at end of pattern) and place on the needle to the left of the stitch it wrapped. Purl the wrap together with the stitch it wrapped. P1 then lift wrap from next stitch in the same manner and purl it together with the stitch it wrapped and the next st on the needle (P3tog), turn work.
Row 7: Slip 1 stitch as if to purl, K 6, lift wrap from next stitch and place on needle to the left of the stitch it wrapped. Then slip the first stitch from left needle as if to knit, slip the wrap as if to knit. Insert left needle tip into these two stitches and knit them together (ssk). Knit 1, then lift wrap from next stitch and work together in the same manner (ssk). Knit 1 and lift last wrap in the same manner as before, then slip 1st stitch from left needle as if to knit, slip the wrap as if to knit, and slip the next
stitch as if to knit. Insert left needle into the front of these 3 stitches and knit together (sssk), turn work.
